All-in-one Facebook #Marketing Solution: @Fanbooster

Facebook, like Twitter, is becoming a haven for tools.   The reality is that without using the right tool(s), Facebook marketing isn’t as effective. Therefore brands and businesses alike are much more limited with the results they can achieve. Whilst you don’t need to be a developer to use Fanbooster we were pleasantly surprised that they not only talked us through every step, but could literally create our app(s) for us. There are clear benefits to this… they have a professional team of people who do this on a daily basis and although Fanbooster is relatively easy to use, this excellent value added service saved us a huge amount of time.

Not only can their team create the apps but they also have a wealth of knowledge and expertise for what works well and doesn’t. They apply this methodology to each and every app you want to create, therefore ensuring that not only do you have a well designed app but that it’s well thought out and works well whilst delivering the all important results.

As with all marketing it’s important to be able to measure campaigns. Their analytics are useful and provide the ability to measure a full overview of stats, which include location and traffic sources. Within the analytics you are able to measure the metrics via date broken down to the hour. It also highlights your best day.

It’s vital in the digital world to be able to listen to what your target audience and customers are saying about your brand or products. The listen feature pulls posts/updates from Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram using your chosen keyword(s). Another key feature is the ability to be able to listen across blogs and forums.

Facebook Ads

More and more businesses and entrepreneurs are using Facebook advertising to reach and engage with their audience, particularly as it provides a cost effective solution and can be highly targeted. It’s understandable why Fanbooster launched their Facebook advertising feature and included it in their suite of offerings as it simplifies the creation and management of Facebook ads. The key benefit of using Fanbooster to do this (apart from the obvious of having everything in one place) is the easy auto-split into different target groups. If you are creating multiple adverts it makes the process so much easier and streamlined too. We are huge fans of split testing and Fanbooster’s latest feature is a welcome addition – split testing on steroids! Being able to use this feature on your smartphone is a welcome addition too.

Cruise control is a very cool feature Fanbooster has as it lets you run ads without spending your weekends and holidays monitoring them. It’s a semi intelligent helper that makes your life easier, and improves the results of your ads. It works simply by pausing ads when the spending gets too high, or when your ads start spamming people.

Training & Case Studies

Fanbooster’s website provides a host of free seminars, training and different courses within their Training section which are particularly useful. What’s more their online support is extremely helpful, whether you have a technical query or something more practical!   Their Cases and Inspirational page is, well, inspirational! You also have the ability to see live campaigns – again all of these really do help get the ideas and creative juices flowing!



We’ve been really pleased with Fanbooster. It makes a refreshing change for an app creator tool to provide a “do it for you service” – this part of Fanbooster clearly sets them apart from their competitors and is a welcome addition. Their support, knowledge and willingness to help are impressive and a massive value add for marketers seeking to make a difference but not quite sure how. We particularly liked how everything was “under one roof” and found the split testing part of the advertising feature invaluable and saved a lot of time (particularly when you have to manage multiple accounts!).

Although it’s fair to say that Fanbooster isn’t quite as quick to set up as others in this space, they do have a wealth of features and provide the perfect solution for businesses that are looking for a complete Facebook marketing solution.
